That's the 'tude I need. And, to help keep myself motivated, I'm going to challenge
myself to a 365 Day Low Carb challenge. It's high time I turn LC into a real lifestyle
and not just a "now and then" way to lose weight. I'm going to blog every day and
post an update shot on the 1st of every month.
